I have a good feeling that Barney’s step sister is the mother on “How I Met Your Mother”.
Clue 1: She’s not around when Barney goes to his dad’s house.
Clue 2: She’s studying in the university.
Clue 3: She’s probably in her dormitory when Ted saw her ankles.
Clue 4: Ted meets her at Barney’s wedding.
